What are the delivery possibilities?

You’re living in Belgium or in the Netherlands? 3 options for delivery:

1.In a Tafi Service Point (Tafi dealer of your preference) which you can choose during the order process

2.At your home address: choose for the option DPD Home Delivery and fill in the address on which you want your delivery.

3.In a DPD parcel shop: choose for the option DPD ParcelShop. Select DPD as delivery method and after woods the option ParcelShop. You will get the overview of all parcel shops with opening hours.

All DPD ParcelShops are open on Saturday and most of the ParcelShops are even open 6/7 days.

Can I return my order?

The product doesn’t meet your expectations? You have 14 days from the day we delivered the goods to send us back . Depending of your choice we will send you other sizes or proceed to a cashback.

The returned goods need to be in perfect condition, packed in the original packaging and send back to: TAFI CYCLINGWEAR (Aries Cyclingwear srls)

Your return will only be accepted if process is followed up correctly. This process is clearly explained on the return document enclosed in your delivery.

PS: Transport costs of return are at your charge

This return policy applies only on purchases on the webshop www.tafi-cyclingwear.com. If you bought Andrea Tafi products at one of our dealers, we advise you to contact them and to inform about their return policy.

What can I expect from a cashback?

Once we have been informed you want to paid back, the cashback will be done automatically. Please bear in mind that it can take 2 weeks before your money is on your account.

How do I send back the goods?

Goods you want to return need to be in their original packaging. Fill in the return document and put it together with the goods you want to return.
Choose the transporter: one of your choice/post or a DPD ParcelShop and send it back to TAFI CYCLINGWEAR.
